環(huán)氧地坪 - 基面要求
1.含水率小于6%無(wú)油污，外表干燥，PH值應(yīng)在6.0-8.0。新做地坪，水泥地坪養(yǎng)護(hù)期28天過(guò)后進(jìn)場(chǎng)，施工前5天，基層不能再用水沖洗或被濕潤(rùn)。
2.應(yīng)杜絕砂漿起殼現(xiàn)象，水泥基面牢固、結(jié)實(shí)、不起殼，混凝土層與砂漿找平層好一起澆筑。 
3.若先澆筑混凝土層，則要求砂漿層的厚度不低于40mm，對(duì)叉車道的要求則更厚。
4.有關(guān)坡度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，允許偏差值為杭州泰鑫防水補(bǔ)漏公司坡度的2%并且不大于30mm。
5.硬度高，要求外表不起砂。沒(méi)有水泥粉化現(xiàn)象。新澆筑的水泥砂漿層要充分保養(yǎng)。
6.水泥基面平坦，無(wú)凹凸不平、蜂窩、麻面、水泥疙瘩、其他涂料、防銹漆、乳膠漆、瀝青等殘?jiān)?
